• ​Clients are required to pay for Casual lessons within 7 working days. 

• Monthly packages are required to be paid within the month.

• Term packages are to be paid within the term.

• Free trial lessons are a one-time offer that can not be re-booked.

If you are not able to attend your lesson, give 48 hours' notice and reschedule your lesson.

If the lesson is not rescheduled and/or we do not receive timely communication, you are not eligible for a refund or to reschedule.

If a member of a group class misses a lesson, they are not eligible for a refund as they have committed to the lessons. However, you can reschedule your lesson as a group to a time you can attend, minimum 48 hours prior to the original booking.
